What exactly do I receive?
A custom-built Android app (APK file) you can install on any Android phone or tablet and share freely with family. It works offline — no internet needed once installed.
What devices does it work on?
Any Android phone or tablet running Android 6.0 or above. Installs directly — no app store required.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Once installed the app works entirely offline. All photos, videos, and content are stored within the app itself.
Can I share the app with the whole family?
Yes — freely and without limit. Send the APK via WhatsApp, email, or any file-sharing method. All packages include unlimited sharing.
How do I send large video files?
After payment you'll receive a private secure upload link. There's no file size limit — even hours of home movies are no problem.
How long does it take?
We deliver your preview within 5–7 days of receiving your media. Legacy customers receive express 3–5 day delivery.
Will I see a preview before it's finalised?
Yes, always. We never deliver a finished app without your approval first.
Can I add more memories after it's finished?
Yes — our Single Update add-on (£49) lets you add new content at any time. Legacy customers receive unlimited updates free in their first year.
How does payment work?
Payment is taken securely on our website via Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive your private media upload link by email within minutes.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is the price you pay — a single, one-time payment. No subscriptions, no monthly fees.
What if I'm not happy?
We include revision rounds in every package and will keep refining until it feels exactly right. We've never had a customer leave unhappy.
Is my content private and secure?
Absolutely. All files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Your app is never publicly listed — only people you personally share it with can access it.
